Restoration House provides the services listed below free of charge to our clients:

• Pregnancy tests
• Complimentary limited obstetrical ultrasounds
• Confidential counseling
• Information on abortions, though referrals are not made to abortion practitioners
• Adoption referrals
• Opportunities to receive free baby items such as formula, diapers, baby clothes, car seats, etc.
• Educational Opportunities:
• Prenatal, nutrition, and childbirth instruction
• Life skills classes
• Sexual integrity classes
• Weekly Bible Study
• GED classes

Education class curriculum changes each month.  The topic for April 2009 will be "Handling Daily Stress."

Restoration House is also a Medicaid Application Center. If you are interested in applying for Medicaid, please call to make an appointment. Bring your driver's license and birth certificate with you to the appointment.
 

Baby Closet

Restoration House also maintains a Baby Closet stocked with baby items such as diapers, wipes, formula, blankets, gently used clothing, toys, and maternity items.

Clients are given items on an "as needed" basis.

Baby Bucks

As a reward for attending education classes, clients are given Baby Bucks.  Baby Bucks are "money" which can be used to "purchase" items from our Baby Boutique.   Clients receive five baby Bucks for attending Bible Study calsses and three baby Bucks for attending education classes.
