Thinking of Parenting?

Parenting can seem like the hardest choice when deciding on your pregnancy options, but with the proper support it is possible. 
You are more capable than you realize. 

You may have more questions and concerns than answers right now. Don't worry, we are here to talk you through and as a shoulder to lean on. 
We also offer so many resources for you through your pregnancy and after while you raise your child. 

You may have thoughts and questions like:
- My partner doesn't want the baby, but I think I do
- How am I going to tell my family and friends?
- How will I finish school?
- How will I still work?
- Where do I live?
- I don't have insurance
- I can't afford a baby and all they require
- I am too young

We can discuss these thoughts and questions with you and hopefully help you find clarity and peace with whatever decision you do decide to make. 

Things to keep in mind

- No-one ever feels ready to parent and there is no such thing as a perfect parent. We have resources to help you prepare to be a good parent and we can walk with you along the way. 
- You may think, you do not have the means to take care of a child. That might be true, but here at Restoration House we offer material resources such as diapers, wipes, clothes, etc... for mothers with children up to 5 years old.

How can we help?

  • In an options consultation you will meet with a staff member and talk about what your options look like and she can answer any questions you have

  • With the pregnancy test options you will recieve a free pregnancy test as pregnancy confirmation and you can also talk to the advocate and ask any questions you may have

  • The pregnancy resources options is a session with an advocate to discuss what pregnancy looks like and what help there is for you
